JPC SMS Service

We would like to inform you that Jovsic Printing Center has put into operation its SMS service. The service enables you to send an SMS to our SMS number and inform yourself about the progress of your work, as well as obtain information about when the product is ready for delivery. Through several questions and answers we will try to explain to you how the service works and what the benefits of its use are.

What is a JPC SMS service?

In order to provide better and high-quality service for you, our customers, we have decided to introduce the service that will enable you to find out at any given moment at what stage of production process your product is. You only need to send us an SMS and our system will automatically inform you about this.

How does a JPC SMS service operate?

You first need to register for this service by calling +381 11 239 9988. During the call you need to provide us with a mobile number which you will use for this service and to which you will receive messages from our system. You instantly register and you can start using the service immediately.
After bringing your next work, immediately upon commencement of work, you will receive the first message with information that your job was accepted for work and a work order number. The work order number is important information which you will later use to check the progress of your work.
By sending a message at +381 61 634 9830 with text BR_RADNOG_NALOGA (number of work order) (an example: 3522/008), our system will reply to you with a message at what stage your product is at that moment.
After completion of work, i.e. when products are ready for delivery, you will receive an automatic message with information that you work is done and that you can define in an SMS the method of delivery.

What are the benefits of JPC SMS service?

You can make a check at any time of the day and night regardless of working hours. Information is in real time. You receive timely information on completion of work and options for taking over the products.
